Casa Living was built by people who lived through the chaos of finding a home in a new city — and decided to fix it.
The Beginning
How it started
In 2024, two friends moved to Pune for work. Like thousands before them, they spent weeks hunting for a decent PG — overpriced, under-furnished, and completely isolating. They knew there had to be a better way.
Casa Living launched with a single home in Dhankawadi and 12 residents. The idea was simple: give people a beautiful, fully managed home and the community to go with it. Word spread fast.
Three years later, we have ten homes across Dhankawadi, Kondhwa, and Narhe, with 500+ residents and a waiting list. But the mission hasn't changed — make moving to a new city feel like the beginning of something great, not a logistical nightmare.
